Please read these terms carefully. They cover your use of this website and your visit to Space42 Arena.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at space42arena.com, including its pages, forms, client portal, chat and assistant features (together, the “Website”).
1.2 The Website is operated by Space42 Arena, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“Space42 Arena”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.3 By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1.4 These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data, and our Cookie Policy.
2.1 You may use the Website for lawful, personal and business purposes connected with events at Space42 Arena, including finding event information, purchasing tickets through our authorised ticketing partners, planning a visit and enquiring about venue hire.

2.4 If you breach these Terms, we may, without notice, suspend or end your access to the Website, the client portal or the visitor assistant, block submissions from you, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where the law requires.
3.1 We publish event information, including artists, dates, times, line-ups and descriptions, in good faith and based on information provided by event organisers and promoters.
3.2 Events are organised by third-party promoters unless we state otherwise. Event details may change, and events may be rescheduled or cancelled by the organiser. The official ticketing page for each event is the final source for date, time, price, seating and availability.
3.3 Images used on the Website may be illustrative and may not represent the exact stage, seating or configuration of a specific event.
4.1 Tickets for events at Space42 Arena are sold by authorised ticketing partners. When you select “Book Tickets”, you leave the Website and enter the partner’s platform.
4.2 Your ticket purchase is a contract between you and the ticketing partner and, where applicable, the event organiser. The partner’s own terms, refund policy and privacy policy apply to that purchase. We are not responsible for the sale, pricing, delivery, transfer, refund or exchange of tickets.
4.3 Buy tickets only through the links published on the Website or through the event organiser’s official channels. Tickets bought from unauthorised resellers may be invalid and may be refused at entry.
4.4 Refunds for cancelled or rescheduled events are handled by the ticketing partner and the event organiser in line with their terms.
5.1 Conditions of Entry. Entry to Space42 Arena is subject to a valid ticket, these Terms and any additional conditions set by the event organiser for a specific event. Where an organiser’s conditions differ from these Terms, the organiser’s conditions apply to that event.
5.2 Tickets. Each ticket admits one person to the event, date and area shown on it. Tickets must be presented in full, on a mobile device or in print, and may be scanned only once. We may refuse entry to anyone holding a ticket that is invalid, duplicated, altered or bought from an unauthorised source, without refund.
5.3 Identification and Age. You may be asked to show a valid Emirates ID, passport or other government-issued identification. Age restrictions are set for each event and published on the official ticketing page. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or over at all times, unless the event states otherwise.
5.4 Security Screening. All guests and bags may be searched on entry and at any time inside the venue. Entry may be refused to anyone who declines a search.
5.5 Prohibited Items. The following items may not be brought into the venue: weapons or anything that could be used as a weapon; illegal substances; outside food and drink; glass, cans and hard containers; fireworks, flares and laser pens; professional cameras, detachable lenses and audio or video recording equipment, unless the organiser permits them; selfie sticks; drones; bags larger than A4 size; flags, banners and signs of a political, offensive or commercial nature; and any other item that staff consider a risk to safety. Prohibited items may be confiscated and will not be returned.
5.6 Conduct. Guests must respect UAE law and local customs, follow the instructions of venue staff, security and stewards, and behave in a way that does not endanger or disturb others. Dress should be respectful of the public setting. We may refuse entry to, or remove without refund, any person who is intoxicated, abusive, violent or offensive, who breaches these Terms, or whose behaviour puts others at risk.
5.7 Re-Entry. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue, unless the organiser states otherwise for the event.
5.8 Smoking. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
5.9 Food and Beverage. Food and drink may be purchased from outlets inside the venue. Where alcohol is served, it is served only to guests aged 21 and over who present valid identification. Staff may decline service at their discretion.
5.10 Merchandise. Official event merchandise is sold by the event organiser or its appointed partners. The sale or distribution of unofficial merchandise in or around the venue is not permitted.
5.11 Health and Safety. Events may include loud music, strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, special effects and haze. Guests with medical conditions that may be affected should take appropriate precautions. A first aid team is on site during events; tell any member of staff if you need assistance. In an emergency, follow the instructions of staff and the published evacuation routes.
5.12 Accessibility. Guests who need assistance, accessible parking or accessible seating should contact us at support@space42arena.com before the event so that we can make arrangements. Any information you share about an access need is used only for this purpose, with your consent, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
5.13 Filming and Photography. Events at Space42 Arena may be photographed, filmed, recorded or broadcast. Notices at venue entrances and on ticketing pages explain this. By entering the venue, you consent to appearing in such material and to its use to report on and promote the venue and the event. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please tell a member of staff or the camera crew. Further information, including how to ask for an image to be removed, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5.14 CCTV. For safety and security, CCTV operates throughout the venue and car parks in line with applicable UAE law.
5.15 Parking and Personal Belongings. Vehicles are parked and personal belongings are brought into the venue at the owner’s own risk. Lost property is held for 30 days and can be claimed through support@space42arena.com.
6.1 Venue hire enquiry forms, site visit requests and any information we provide in response, including availability, capacities and indicative pricing, are for information only. They do not create a booking, reservation or contract.
6.2 A venue hire booking is confirmed only when a written agreement has been signed by both parties and any required deposit has been received. The terms of that agreement will govern the booking.
6.3 Capacities, layouts and technical specifications published on the Website are indicative. Final capacities depend on the event configuration, production requirements and approvals from the relevant authorities.
7.1 The client portal provides confirmed venue hire clients with planning documents. Access is by password issued by Space42 Arena.
7.2 You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with anyone outside your organisation and appointed suppliers. Tell us immediately at booking@space42arena.com if you believe your password has been compromised.
7.3 Documents in the client portal are confidential and are provided only for planning your event at Space42 Arena. They may not be copied, shared or used for any other purpose.
7.4 We may change or withdraw portal access at any time, including when a booking ends.
8.1 The Website offers a visitor assistant and a link to chat with our team on WhatsApp. These are provided for general guidance on events, directions, parking, tickets and enquiries.
8.2 Information given through the assistant or chat does not override the official ticketing page for an event, our Venue Policies or any signed venue hire agreement.
8.3 WhatsApp is a service operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta Platforms). Your use of WhatsApp is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
9.1 The Website and its content, including the Space42 Arena name and logo, text, photographs, video, graphics, layouts and design, are owned by or licensed to Space42 Arena and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws, including Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights.
9.2 Artist names, event names, sponsor logos and promoter materials belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or for the purpose of identifying the event.
9.3 You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
9.4 Media wishing to use Space42 Arena logos or images should contact us at info@space42arena.com.
The Website contains links to third-party websites, including ticketing platforms, maps and social media. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the website.
11.1 We work to keep the Website accurate and up to date. However, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee that all content will be complete, current or error-free at all times.
11.2 We may update, change or remove content on the Website at any time without notice.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Space42 Arena will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any linked website.
12.2 We are not liable for any loss arising from ticket purchases made through third-party platforms, or from the change, postponement or cancellation of an event by its organiser.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UAE law, including liability for fraud.
You agree to indemnify Space42 Arena against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your conduct at the venue.
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in operating the Website or the venue caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government or authority directions, power or network failures, security incidents, strikes or the acts of third parties, including event organisers and ticketing partners.
15.1 Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
15.2 No Waiver. If we do not enforce any right under these Terms, or delay in doing so, this does not mean we have waived that right.
15.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any event-specific conditions published by the event organiser, form the entire agreement between you and Space42 Arena regarding your use of the Website and your attendance at events. A signed venue hire agreement governs the booking it covers and prevails over these Terms where they differ.
15.4 Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity that operates Space42 Arena. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
15.5 Notices. Notices to Space42 Arena under these Terms should be sent in writing to info@space42arena.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
These Terms are published in English and Arabic. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Arabic version will prevail.
