This policy explains how Space42 Arena (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit space42arena.com, use the visitor assistant, contact us, book a tour, enquire about hiring the venue or attend an event. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws. Event tickets are sold by official ticketing partners such as Platinumlist and Ticketmaster. When you buy a ticket you are using their service, and their own privacy policies and terms apply to the data you give them.
Events at Space42 Arena may be photographed, filmed, recorded or broadcast, as explained by notices at venue entrances and on ticketing pages. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please tell a member of staff or the camera crew on the day. If you appear in an image we have published and would like it removed, email support@space42arena.com with a link to the image and we will review your request. Images taken by event organisers, media or other guests are their responsibility.
CCTV operates throughout the venue and car parks for safety and security, in line with applicable UAE law. Footage is kept only for as long as needed for these purposes and is shared only with the authorities where required.
The visitor assistant answers questions using information published on this website. Please do not share sensitive personal information in it. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to protect our forms from spam and to understand how the site is used, including through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Full details, and how to control cookies, are in our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as hosting, email delivery, newsletter (Mailchimp), analytics and spam protection (Google) and messaging (WhatsApp), and with event organisers or authorities where needed to deliver an event or comply with the law. These providers may store data outside the UAE; where they do, we take steps to make sure it stays protected.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are normally deleted within 24 months. Access-need information is deleted once the event it relates to has taken place, unless you ask us to keep it for future visits.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by law.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), spam protection on our forms and restricted, password-protected access to our systems and client portal.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
