Yes. Every guest must have a valid ticket.

Refunds and changes follow the refund policy of the event organiser and ticketing partner, where one is available. Please contact the ticketing partner you bought from with your booking details.

Arrangements for a cancelled, postponed or changed event follow the refund policy of that event’s organiser and ticketing partner, where one is available. Updates are published on the event page.

Our Ticketing Policy sets out the venue rules that apply to every event, and which terms are set by each event’s organiser.

We recommend arriving when doors open. Security screening takes place at every gate, so arriving early gives you time to enter before the show starts.

Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.

For some shows, late arrivals may be admitted only at a suitable break. The event page will say when this applies.

Age restrictions are set for each event. Please check the event page and the official ticketing page before you buy.

Every guest must have a valid ticket. Ticket rules for children are set by each event and shown on the event page and the ticketing partner’s page.

You may be asked to show an Emirates ID, passport or other valid ID at entry. Please carry one with you.

Space42 Arena is at Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. It is 10 minutes from Zayed International Airport, 20 minutes from central Abu Dhabi and about 60 minutes from Dubai by car. Directions from each are on our Getting Here page.

Yes. Taxis, ride-hailing and private cars can drop off at the arena entrance.

Yes. Space42 Arena offers three parking options. Venue parking is the outdoor car park opposite the arena, across Khor Chanadiah Street. Paid underground parking is available in the garage beneath the arena. Paid valet parking is available during selected events. See the map on our Parking page.

Underground parking and valet parking are paid. Parking access, charges and valet availability depend on the event, so please check your event page before you travel.

Yes, during selected events. Valet parking is a paid service.

Yes. Accessible parking can be arranged on site. Email support@space42arena.com before the event with your name and event date.

Small bags are welcome. Bags larger than A4 size cannot be taken into the arena.

Yes. Food and drink are available from outlets inside the venue. Where alcohol is served, it is for guests aged 21 and over with valid ID.

Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Some events do not allow vaping devices on site at all, so please check the event page.

Phones are welcome. Professional cameras, flash photography and tripods are not permitted. Please keep your phone low so everyone around you can enjoy the show.

Yes. Accessible seating, parking and support are available. Please contact us before the event so we have time to arrange support for you. See our accessibility information.

Accessible seating is available for most events. Book it through the official ticket seller shown on the event page, as accessible seats are sold as accessible tickets.

Yes. A first aid team is on site during events. Tell any member of staff if you need help.

Lost property is held for 30 days. Email support@space42arena.com with a description of the item and the event date.

Space42 Arena hosts concerts, live entertainment, comedy, sports events and productions, galas and awards, weddings and celebrations, conferences and corporate events, exhibitions and launches, film, TV and live production, and gaming and esports.

Space42 Arena welcomes up to 3,000 guests. The event hall is 2,500 m² and can be set as a concert floor, banquet hall, conference theatre or sports arena.

The arena works as one connected venue: the event hall, the lobby for receptions, registration, VIP welcomes and brand activations, and on-site parking for up to 1,000 cars with VIP parking and drop-off at the entrance.

One venue team works with you from the first visit to load-out, planning the layout, production and guest journey. Confirmed clients get access to the client portal for planning documents.
