Ticketing Policy

The following are set by the event organiser and its ticketing partner, and differ from event to event. They are shown on the event page and the ticketing partner’s page, so please read them before you buy.

• Where tickets are sold, prices and booking fees
• Age restrictions and ticket rules for children
• Refunds, exchanges, transfers and name changes
• What happens if the event is cancelled, postponed or changed
• Seating, doors time and late admission
• Any extra rules, such as additional prohibited items or a ban on vaping devices

These rules apply at Space42 Arena whatever the event.

1. 2.1Every guest must have a valid ticket.
2. 2.2Tickets should be bought through the official ticketing partner linked on the event page.
3. 2.3Security screening is mandatory at all gates. Please arrive when doors open to allow time for screening.
4. 2.4You may be asked to show an Emirates ID, passport or other valid ID at entry.
5. 2.5Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
6. 2.6Items listed on the Things to Know page cannot be taken into the arena.
7. 2.7Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
8. 2.8Phones are welcome. Professional cameras, flash photography and tripods are not permitted.
9. 2.9Where alcohol is served, it is for guests aged 21 and over with valid ID.
10. 2.10Please respect local culture and your fellow guests.
11. 2.11Space42 Arena reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any guest who breaches these rules or UAE law, or whose behaviour affects the safety of others.
12. 2.12Events at Space42 Arena may be filmed or photographed. By entering the venue, guests agree that they may appear in this footage.

Accessible seating is available for most events and is sold as accessible tickets through the official ticket seller on the event page. For accessible parking or any other access need, email support@space42arena.com before the event with your name and event date. More details are on our accessibility section.
