• Security screening takes place at every gate. For the smoothest arrival, we recommend:
  • Public transport
  • Taxis or ride-hailing apps
• Arriving when doors open to allow time for security

• Every guest must have a valid ticket
• Age restrictions are set for each event. Check the event page and the official ticketing page before you buy
• You may be asked to show an Emirates ID, passport or other valid ID at entry

• For some shows, late arrivals may be admitted only at a suitable break. The event page will say when this applies

• Phones are welcome
• Professional cameras, flash photography and tripods are not permitted
• Keep your phone low so everyone around you can enjoy the show

• First Aid: a first aid team is on site during events. Tell any member of staff if you need help
• Accessibility: accessible seating, parking and support are available. See accessibility information below
• Lost Property: items are held for 30 days. Email support@space42arena.com with a description and the event date
• Food and Drink: available from outlets inside the venue. Where alcohol is served, it is for guests aged 21 and over with valid ID
• Ticket Questions: changes and refunds are handled by the ticketing partner you bought from. For anything else, email info@space42arena.com

Everyone Is Welcome at Space42 Arena.

• Accessible Seating: available for most events. Book it through the official ticket seller shown on the event page, as accessible seats are sold as accessible tickets
• Accessible Parking: can be arranged on site. Email support@space42arena.com before the event with your name and event date
• Drop-Off: taxis, ride-hailing and private cars can drop off at the arena entrance
• Help on the Night: tell any member of staff at the entrance or inside the arena and our team will assist you
• Other Needs: if you are coming with a companion, a mobility aid or have any other access need, contact us before the event so we can plan your visit with you
